How are we different?


1. Our Satay's are painstakingly BBQed over charcoal fire as authentic satay's are meant to be cooked - not a quick dip in hot oil done elsewhere.

2. Our Roti's are fresh and homemade - not frozen machine-manufactured imports as in other establishments.

3. All our ingredients are fresh - turmeric, galangal, garlic, lemon grass, etc. Not in dried or powdered form.

4. We use the good quality, top range fish - Atlantic Salmon or Murray Cod. Not Trevally, Shark meat or Rockling.

5. We use the best Kingaroy peanuts and roast them ourselves for our gado-gado and satay sauce. Not commercial ready-made sauces.

6. Above all, our cooking is done by a Malaysian chef who knows his craft well. Not a non-Malaysian who is doubtful about what the taste should be.
